Tiramisu Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 20 big ladyfingers
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk, sexy (240 mL)
- 1/2 cup sugar (100 gram )
- 4 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation
- Dip the ladyfingers.
- In one layer, coating the lady fingers in just two spring form pans lined with paper.
- Before the ladyfingers are suspended freeze.
- Stir to blend.
- Add the sugar, milk, and gelatin into a bowl and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
- Pour into the bowl of curry through a sieve.
- Refrigerate about two hours, until firm
- Add 1 layer of ladyfingers in addition to the cheesecake coating that is refrigerated.
- Refrigerate for 2 weeks and repeat with ladyfinger coating and remaining batter.
- Refrigerate for two hours or till firm.
