Tiramisu Cheesecake




Ingredients

  1. 20 big ladyfingers
  2. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  3. 1 cup milk, sexy (240 mL)
  4. 1/2 cup sugar (100 gram )
  5. 4 tsp gelatin
  6. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Dip the ladyfingers.
  2. In one layer, coating the lady fingers in just two spring form pans lined with paper.
  3. Before the ladyfingers are suspended freeze.
  4. Stir to blend.
  5. Add the sugar, milk, and gelatin into a bowl and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
  6. Pour into the bowl of curry through a sieve.
  7. Refrigerate about two hours, until firm
  8. Add 1 layer of ladyfingers in addition to the cheesecake coating that is refrigerated.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 weeks and repeat with ladyfinger coating and remaining batter.
  10. Refrigerate for two hours or till firm.
  11. Enjoy!
