Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Crumb Cake is yummy dessert for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter- cut and cold in cubes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 16 oz. Lotion cheese-softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Two Tablespoons corn starch
- Two eggs-slightly defeated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 and 2/3 cups blueberries
Glaze:
- 2--3 teaspoons cream or milk
Directions
- Stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and sugar.
- Add butter in dry ingredients mix and work it together with hands or media with a fork (you may use the mixer if you want ). Work it until it is grainy.
- Add vanilla and eggs and blend to blend. When it's to sandy squeeze it together with your palms.
- Press roughly 2/3 of this mix in the base and side (roughly 1 1/2 inch elevation ) of this pan. Set crumbs from the refrigerator and the pan.
- To make the filling blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and corn starch to blend. Mix to combine and add eggs, don't overdo it.
- Pour half of this mix in crust . Spread remaining cheesecake mix. Top with crumbs and raspberries.
- If it is too thick add more milk When it's too thin add sugar.
