ALMOND JOY CHEESECAKE BARS
Joy cheesecake bars
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package chocolate ghram biscuits (honey maid)
- 16 ounce cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips, divided
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut more for garnish
- Line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper hang on the sides.
- Insert the chocolate graham snacks to blender or a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl stir together and melted butter.
- Put aside to cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and coconut extract until creamy and smooth,.
- Fold 1/2 cup miniature 1/2 cup shredded almonds, chocolate chips. Sprinkle the cup miniature chocolate chips on the top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or till the edges are gold and the cheesecake is put in the middle.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting and removing into squares.
