Ingredients

1. 1 18 ounce roll up chocolate chip cookie dough
2. 8 ounces cream cheese softened
3. 1 egg space temperature

Directions

1. Preheat oven
2. Line a baking dish with foil that is non-stick or parchment paper. Put aside.
3. Spread a bit over fifty percent of those cookie dough and press down producing an even coating.
4. With a stand mixer or hand held mixer, beat until fluffy and light.
5. Add in the sugar and beat till blended.
6. Pour filling on the surface of the cookie base.
7. Crumble the remaining cookie dough on the top.
8. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
