FROSTY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE


The one thing is a Chocolate Cheesecake that is frozen. In the dead of winter! I am serious.

The rich filling poured over a chocolate cake crust and is lightened up with cream.



It requires about 6 to 8 hours to suspend the cake strong (it is best if you can leave it immediately ), but only like Grandma doesyou can make it a month beforehand. (She's her Christmas Eve meal this way ).

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 oz ) package Nabisco chocolate wafers crushed
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 6 tbsp butter melted
  4. 1 (8 oz ) package cream cheese softened
  5. 1 (14 oz ) can sweetened condensed milk
  6. 16 ounces cream

Directions

  1. Combine butter, sugar and the chocolate wafers . Press reserving 1/4 cup of this mix.
  2. In a large bowlcombine the cream , sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Put aside.
  3. Whisk the cream.
  4. Pour into the springform pan and top with crumb mixture.
  5. Remove from freezer 30 minutes prior.
