Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cup berries frozen or fresh
  3. 8 drops two tsp or alcohol stevia drops Swerve
  4. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 2 tablespoon cream

Directions

  1. Till they've reached room temperature cube butter and cream cheese and put in a bowl and let sit 40-60 mins.
  2. Mash berries and set aside.
  3. Blend cream cheese, butter, vanilla, sweetener include cream using a hand or stand mixer, blend.
  4. Add strawberries and stir in by hand.
  5. Spoon mix into a candy mould and freeze for 2-3 hrs until strong.
