The Best No Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
- 18 ladyfingers coarsely crushed or chopped
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 3 tablespoons coffee
Cheesecake coating:
- 16 oz.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup thick cream
- 1 tbsp strong coffee
Ladyfinger coating:
- 12-14 ladyfingers
Tiramisu coating:
- 8 ounces.
- 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Chocolate ganache:
- 8 ounces chocolate chopped
- 1 cup thick cream
- 1 tbsp butter
DIRECTIONS:
Measure 1
- Combine the ladyfingers with espresso and butter. You set them and roll with a rolling pin until crushed or may crush them with a food processor. Press the mixture.
- Pour on gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Let cool. It hardens and if it cools too much, microwave for 15-20 minutes. Don't boil. This measure is optional. I've not had luck obtaining the filling company.
- Mix at low speed increase until smooth and soft to moderate speed, then to make a paste. Scrape the bowl and beater then put in the cream and then change into the whisk attachment.
- Beat in gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mix, if using. Scrape into prepared crust and spread in an even coating. Transfer the cake to the freezer until set.
Measure 2
- Tiramisu coating
- In a bowlwhip the cream with the mixer on high speed peaks start to form and till it thickens. With the mixer running, add the sugar and beat till the peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone using a rubber spatula.
- Top the cheesecake in the pan, using a layer of ladyfingers dipped into java. Split a few into bits to fill in the spaces that are vacant.
- Without bothering the coating spoon the mixture on top of the ladyfingers and even out.
Measure 3
- Chocolate ganache
- Put the chocolate. Heat the cream in a saucepan over moderate heat. Bring to a boil, because when it comes for a couple of seconds watching, it is going to boil from the kettle.
- After the cream comes to a boil, then pour over the chocolate and let sit until chocolate has shrunk, about 3-5 minutes.
- Permit ganache to cool before pouring over a cake.
- Remove from the freezer.
- Pour chocolate ganache within the cheesecake. Begin at the middle of this cake and work out.
