Fall is arriving and I truly love preparing pumpkin desserts. There are and I believe that is the perfect one for now. Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars are perfect for starting and they're gently and so yummy.
Pumpkin desserts are desserts that remind me my youth when my Grandma have made biscuits, pies and bread. I recall she have told us supper is healthy so it should be eaten by us. My sister and I liked pumpkin we adored it but we're utilized to it. I understand pumpkin is healthy so recipes are made by me with pumpkin in my kitchen and I am very happy when I see that my kids like it. Pumpkins will be the ideal means so that you have to make snack and meals together to watch from your health.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 16 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin puree, roasted (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- For topping:
- Whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven line a baking dish with foil spray spray, set
To create crusts:
- In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs
- Gently press mixture
- In a mixing bowl beat till smooth, add cream and sugar and beat
- Add eggs beating well after each addition
- Spoon mixture and spread
- Bake for Approximately 30-35 minutes or until set
- Remove from the oven and cool on a stone
- Even though the crust is cooling prepare the pumpkin coating
- In a saucepan set over low heat, combine milk, eggs, brown sugar and granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and cinnamon
- Cook and simmer every Couple of Minutes for 10 minutes
- In a sauce pan, then sprinkle the gelatin over the water and allow 5 minutes to soften
- Remove to heat
- Add gelatin mixture and blend until smooth
- Pour over the cream cheese layer and place in the fridge
- Cut into bars
- If desired serve with whipped cream
