Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter
- 10 graham crackers
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
CRUMBLE TOPPING
- 1/2 cup butter (115 gram )
- 1 cup flour (125 gram )
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
- In a medium bowlcombine the melted butter and graham crackers. Stir until the mix develops a sand feel that is moist.
- Chill.
- In a big bowlcombine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and the cream cheese.
- Spread half the cheesecake batter into the pan that was chilled and suspend.
- Add the pumpkin puree and stir until incorporated.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over noodle mix and spread evenly.
- Bake for half an hour.
- Create the crumb topping: in a skillet combine brown sugar, flour, the butter and cinnamon. Stir the mixture develops a sand feel and until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Top the cheesecake and bake for another 25 minutes.
- Permit the cheesecake. For the best results refrigerate completely chilled, then serve and slice.
