Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars




Ingredients

  1. 6 tbsp butter
  2. 10 graham crackers
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 tsp vanilla

CRUMBLE TOPPING

  1. 1/2 cup butter (115 gram )
  2. 1 cup flour (125 gram )
  3. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowlcombine the melted butter and graham crackers. Stir until the mix develops a sand feel that is moist.
  2. Chill.
  3. In a big bowlcombine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and the cream cheese.
  4. Spread half the cheesecake batter into the pan that was chilled and suspend.
  5. Add the pumpkin puree and stir until incorporated.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over noodle mix and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for half an hour.
  8. Create the crumb topping: in a skillet combine brown sugar, flour, the butter and cinnamon. Stir the mixture develops a sand feel and until all ingredients are incorporated.
  9. Top the cheesecake and bake for another 25 minutes.
  10. Permit the cheesecake. For the best results refrigerate completely chilled, then serve and slice.
