15 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE FILLED STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients

1. 1 pint strawberries
2. 3 tbsp crushed Oreo cookies
3. 8 oz cream cheese
4. 1/3 cup sugar
5. 1/2 tsp vanilla
6. 2 tbsp butter softened

Directions

1. Cut 1/4 hollow out using a knife and inch away from the berries.
2. Melt chocolate chips.
3. In a tote, crushed Oreos with a roller.
4. Dip each then strawberry into chocolate cookie crumbs' tip. Put on a baking sheet.
5. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, softened vanilla, butter, cocoa powder and sugar together. Mix in chocolate then and until integrated whipped cream.
6. With a pastry bag pipe filling into every strawberry.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Enjoy!
