  • 3 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To make the milk cheesecake crust, then stir the milk, melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract until well blended. The dough will be crumbly. Press the dough into the pan's bottom. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  • Beat the cream cheese and simmer collectively at speed. One at a time, beat in the eggs. Beat in vanilla extract and the lemon juice. (Maintain the mixer in low to moderate the entire time; also large rate will introduce a lot of air bubbles, which we do not want.)
  • Pour into the pan above the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula (use a pastry spatula to get a smoother shirt in case you have one).
  • Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes, until the centre is set, but still jiggly.
  • Remove in the oven. If the borders are stuck into the pan, then run a knife around the edge (do not remove the springform border yet). (Don't attempt and remove the cake out of the pan prior to frightening.)
  • If desired serve with raspberry sauce. *
