I discovered this recipe this past year and tried it on the holiday season. Could I just say...WOW! And it is SO much easier than you might imagine. INGREDIENTS
To Your Crust Layer
- 1 and 3/4 Cups Nilla Wafer Cookie Crumbs you can crush the biscuits in a ziplock baggie or use a food processor to make crumbs
- To Your Pecan Filling Layer
- 1 and 3/4 Cups Pecans chopped and toasted (see directions section below on the Way to toast them)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
To Your Cheesecake Layer
- 3 oz.
- 1 and 1/4 Cups mild brown sugar
- Two Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Topping Layer
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Pecans toasted and chopped (see directions below on the Way to toast them)

INSTRUCTIONS
