Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon lemon gelatin powder (eg. jello)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 250ml whipping cream
  • yellow food colouring (optional)
  • 1 lemon, to garnish

Directions

  • Mix together graham cracker crumbs, white sugarand peanut butter. Press into the base of mason jars and allow this place or till set.
  • Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Mix water and gelatin until gelatin is dissolved. Add to cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour mixture overtop of graham cracker foundation in every mason jar and chill for 3 hours.
  • Whip whipping cream until fluffy. You are able to add a tablespoon or two of sugar if wanted, to sweeten it.
  • Top cheesecakes with whipping cream and a wedge of lemon if desired. Drink trendy and enjoy:-RRB-
