NO BAKE PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE RECIPE
I am going to take a vanilla cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, s am ores cheesecake, lemon zest, banana split cheesecake, or just any other cheesecake (and when it is this No Bake White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake? No wonder ).
I do of my recipes' taste test, yes, even the recipes. But then? I am pretty much done. I am able to say,"yes, that is an amazing recipe for somebody who enjoys pumpkin" or"no, that's a dreadful recipe if a person enjoys pumpkin". And I will acknowledge that I'm ever so gradually coming around.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream 35 percent
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine graham crumbs and melted butter. . Put aside.
- In a large bowl beat till smooth.
- Add cream, the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes on high, it holds up and until stiff peaks form. You do not not wish to have the ability to pour it in the crust till it's fluffy and thick.
- Pour into pan, smooth the surface, cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate until set,.
- If desired, garnish with whipped cream and serve.

*prior to pouring to the crust I recommend tasting your filling -- this way if you would like, you can correct and add spices or more sugar!
